The Big Project

Some of you may know that last year Slow Hurry made a big purchase. Our goal has always been to produce amazing coffee drinks as a mobile bar. We have been popping up around OH and PA for a few years now but we are finally ready to take this bar to the next level. We don’t want to be just another food truck though. Enter: our vintage Starcraft pop up camper. A pop up for the pop up if you will.

When I saw this baby for sale all I could see was the potential. It is the perfect size for allowing us to easily move it around and giving the extra space needed to expand our menu. It will have bar seating which is going to be amazing. It can fit almost anywhere. This is going to make popping up so much easier and make your mobile coffee experience so much better.

This is a huge project and so far has only been self funded - all thanks to my loyal regulars and everyone who gives Slow Hurry a try at a market or event. With a lot of love, labor, and help from friends, this is going to be potentially the coolest mobile coffee bar you’ve ever seen. It needs a lot of work but it was important to me to re-vamp something used that might otherwise be in a landfill. It also has tons of character and it’s super cute.
